I don’t get why my feelings are just going up and down about life and about that person one minute it’s up then it’s down again…

Fluctuations are normal, but if you're concerned it's s good idea to speak with a psychologist and doctor - or psychiatrist if you can.

Then you have to first focus on yourself then think about other. You can't decide wheather he is good for me or bad for me. So your feelings too.
