If I understand what you're asking, in this case, fucking is just used for emphasis like, you could say, "It sucks!" But, to give it more emphasis, you'd add the word, "Fucking". "It fucking sucks!!" Just like how in England, they'd add the word, "bleeding" instead. "It bleeding sucks!!"
If you're asking what "sucks" means, in this case, it just means that something is really bad. "My keyboard keeps making loads of mistakes!! It really sucks!!"
Basically, when the term, "sucks" started being used, probably in the `60's, it was in reference to someone sucking someone else's dick which was looked down upon, at the time and the term was used only on another person to degrade their character. Once that became a normal term to use on people, it got expanded to everything. So, now, it doesn't have much of anything to do with sucking a dick, anymore.
Sucking a dick is also called, 'giving a blow job" so, if someone says that something blows, that's the same as saying it sucks.
