Not sure what this phrase a kid said to me means (want some insight)?

I'm not sure if I even want to know what this means - but I'm a college girl, work at a kids summer day camp and teach gym/fitness classes to kids. anyway today this kid says to me "can I clean my feet with your toothbrush"

keep in mind this kid is 8, a lot of them are loud, a little bit obnoxious, class clown-jokester sort of types- I didn't know if this was some sort of dirty/supposedly flirty joke or something silly that meant nothing (?) any thoughts (?)
