If I come across someone that I should know, or in fact do know, but the context/environment is unfamiliar or out of place, I'll often just not recognise that person. If they're wearing glasses, or have coloured their hair, I'll have the same problem. I've been approached by "strangers" so many times in the street, for instance, and they'd start talking to me, asking questions (ex. "How is your sister going?") and I'll just stare and wonder, "Who is this person?"
I also have problems with recognising emotions. If I see someone smiling, I'll think, "They're happy", but it might not mean that at all. Body language I literally cannot see at all, and if someone were to flirt with me, they'd be wasting their time, because I wouldn't notice a thing.
