No. I had to work weekly rotating shifts for a few years a couple of decades ago. Ever since that time, my sleep-cycle has been a shamble. I'd sleep until noon, if I could- it's 9:15 pm right now, and I am still wide awake! My whole day always seems shifted four to six hours later into the day!
I really have to work on that. :- )

I woke up at 7:30 in the morning today cause I had to stay up with my nephew who was watching a movie till 11 pm. If it wasn't for him I won't have been asleep at 10 pm. Though most days it's easy as my dad awakes at 5:30 in the morning and mom as well so they make noise and it wakes me up. Though I can get up easy sometimes if I have an alarm.

Yup, like clockwork. I typically rise at 4 AM all spring and summer long. 5 AM in the winter season.
I find I can get several things done before anyone wakes up.
