You ever used Miracle-Gro potting mix on your plants, did you get good results?

I know somebody who tried it, and it made a small difference but it was not a huge difference. On the other hand, plants have had to struggle where I live due to Montreal forest fires, so it’s possible miracle grow did not negatively or neutrally affect the plant.
