So my manager was nice all the time. Never seen her angry was smiling, positive person. As I asked her 4 months back would she want to go to other departament to be a manager or just change position. She said no she likes it here. So it didn't sounded she is to much a career wo. an and she always used to come to work 5 minutes before work. So not lije workaholic and used all her holidays for travel. So one time i heard her saying to other manager sad life and other manager asked did was weekend enough for her to get over her emotions. One time i was surprised when we had lunch and she just came to talk with my team from no where because mostly she never had lunch with us or come randomly to sit and talk with us in kitchen. After few weeks in team meeting she sais she is leaving the company because she found a job what she worked in usa and she wants to try and helping patient, but when she already worked in pharmacy company helping patients makes no sense so after she said she is leaving she seemed there was no smile in her face, seemed worried. Some said she even responded more like angry and even to me when she was so nice all the time. She did not added anyone on facebook after she left, during fairwell party she spent only 2 hours and i think left to other party and heard she said to other manager she is planning to get drunk and is leaving for holiday although she was just before that. Do you think she was fire?

Hmm, that does seem kinda weird how she suddenly left like that. A few things make me think she might have gotten fired:
- She always seemed happy at her job before and wasn't looking to move up or anything. Why leave so suddenly then?
- Her excuse about a new job in patient care didn't really make sense since she worked in a pharmacy already. Sounds like she made up a cover story.
- She was upset and angry even at the goodbye party, not her usual happy self. Like she wasn't leaving on good terms.
- Leaving right after to get drunk instead of hanging out more seems like she was bummed.
- Not adding anyone on social media after is a red flag too. When you quit willingly you usually stay connected.
It's possible the higher ups weren't happy with something and let her go. Maybe she screwed up on a project or they found an issue with her performance. Makes the most sense for the weird behavior change.
I'd say there's a good chance she didn't really choose to quit like she said. Be bummer if that nice lady got axed! Better not to get too nosy asking around though, in case it was something not so good.
