apparently we posta have more den 1 dump per week so i really been tryna chew my food better. i usually just chew a few times and swallow to just get it all over with but apparently it's "bad for gut health" π anyways I'm tired of the bloat so now i gotta be all slow & patient and considerate of my organs πwbu
Incorporate more vegetables and/or fiber in your diet and drink plenty of water.
Iβve found that cabbage or oatmeal works really well.
But, you gotta find what works for you.

Iβve been pretty career-focused these last several years and Iβm continuing to focus on that for now, just increasing my skills, growing my income, and building my company.

Obviously an influencer who has never been to school. I have a 10 year old son that spells better than you do and I doubt he would ever vie for an influencer's position on a rag like this site is.

I'm trying not to be a lazy bum. Drink one gallon of water every day, make your diet 50% vegetables, wake up early and drink 24-32 oz of your daily water followed by a strong cup of coffee. Eat one avocado before bed every night.
Trying to be more cautious of the things I cannot control and more relaxed about the things that I can control. You know, variables, unpredictable things.
