Before my point, it would actually super depend how powerful the Telekinesis is. Am I limited to moving just one thing? Can it only be a certain size? Does it drain energy from me to do so? Etc

Assuming it's the most powerful version of it Telekinesis is the obvious choice.
Reading minds won't do anything in a physical situation. A car is about to hit me, I can just stop it.
Cops try to arrest me I can just push them away, they try to fire at me I can stop the bullets. I could become a super hero or villain with nothing to stop me.
Meanwhile Telepathy is more useful on the smaller scale of personal life, trying to use it outside of that would be very hard and you still have to do all the work after finding out such information.

Let's say you wanted to rob a bank sure telepathy could give you answers to the codes and lots of information of how to do it. But then you have to risk doing it and hopefully not get caught.
Meanwhile Telekinesis well try to catch me find out what happens lol. Can also fly since one could move themselves.

Probably telekinesis because I can just be like god and get things I need and want instead of kissing up to people or working harder and taking the longer route with negotiations and all.

Im not a mean person so I wouldn’t just hurt others or be selfish. Just easy access to basic needs and seclusion lol.

Telepathy would just take too long. It could always change as well.

A persons perceptions are always shifting. Decisions always being made or changing. Uncertainty takes up time and clouds the process. It’s just too much.

i could just stick to my choice and a little psychology to make do and get by.

Hypothetically speaking if your telekinesis is strong enough you can squeeze someone’s internal organs on command without any problems then I don’t think anyone should have that power. Although I wouldn’t want to read other people’s minds anyways since it’s probably more rotten than dead bodies sitting out in the open of No Man’s Land, plus I have enough interconnected webs and circuitry processing countless quantities of data every millisecond like Ultron from The Avengers. I would probably die from the information overload, similar to how Shrek had a heart attack from eating too much Sara Lee cheesecake. But then again, this is Da Biggest Bird we’re talking about. I’d be more like Mewtwo, an absolute legend that only shifts to a mode of being a force of nature when warranted. As the world’s Greatest Conga Artist, my marvelous discoveries have enabled me to form a highly sophisticated understanding of what it takes to successfully wield such a gift, both in skill AND moral high ground. I suppose I choose, TELEKINESIS!

I can just picture it now - Mother giving me the side-eye as I nonchalantly rearrange the tiles on my rack with just a thought, trying to score those elusive triple word points without her noticing. The tension would be palpable as we both silently battle it out, with me using my mind to strategically place tiles on the board while trying to maintain my innocent facade.

And let's not even think about the potential horror of accidentally revealing my telekinetic abilities to Mother during a heated Scrabble match. She would surely be scandalized and may never let me play with her again, or worse, she might start questioning my mental health or having one of her "episodes."

I'm not a manipulative person by any means, but I feel if you could read someone's mind, you would be able to avoid conflict and repair relationships easily because you would understand the root of where their anger or frustration is and resolve it. Most failed relationships are a result of a lack of honest open communication and being stuck in your ways.

The only drawback about mind reading is that everyone has negative thoughts about each other all the time, so it might be overwhelming to hear it all the time. But once you understand it's human nature to be judgmental, you'll be more accepting of it and not hate people for having negative perceptions of you.

Telekinesis. Being able to move things seems like it'd be very useful for me, as I'm pretty short. I could get anything I can't reach down without having to ask for help. And be able to grab multiple things if I need them. I guess it'd be kind of like how Twilight can do with her unicorn magic. Except not a unicorn.

Telekinesis in my case although I prefer neither. It seems less corruptive to me than telepathy. Telepathy from my perspective is the ultimate violation of privacy as I see it. To even use that power one time would be so deeply unethical from my view.

Telepathy, I would however be a nightmare, it would also spoil the fun of flirting and dating as you would just engineer people. That alone is scary at a crazy level of scary, being able to always tell people what not just what they want to hear but what their thoughts are telling them.
