A study published in PubMed analyzed the pregnancy outcomes of short women, ranging from 122-152 cm (48-60 in) in height, compared to taller women. The study found that short women had slightly higher parity and lower birth weight but did not report any significant complications related to labor and birth. This research suggests that being petite does not necessarily increase the risk of complications during delivery.

Nope I'm very short and it's only helped me to have easier births cuz I'm more flexible and can move into different positions while giving birth

not really... mother nature knows what she is doing.
I'm rather small in every dimension, including my hips, which are relatively narrow :D
All my kids were born on time by natural childbirth and weighed about 2.5 kg; they were smaller because my body is small.
I would think so, and the size of the dad also makes an impact. Biggest factor is hip shape though, a small woman with the wrong hip shape is going to struggle more than a small woman with a good hip shape.
I'd say it depended on the woman. Narrow hips mean more than height. Some woman have less space under their ribcage too. Lots of factors. We come in all shapes and sizes.
What you tryin to say😡i can't handles the babies😤
