I never heard of a lot of those. Most were after my time. I've heard of Teletubbies, but never seen them.
Candyland was around when I was a kid. I have probably played it, but I don't remember for sure.
For the 90s schools stuff:
I don't think teachers used overhead projectors yet. They used chalk boards. A few teachers might have started using them by high school, but I don't remember for sure.
Mixed gender PE. There is no way that would have happened. Boys and girls PE were completely separate. Some other classes were different for boys and girls also. The graduation requirement for boys and girls was different. Not much different, but different. There was a lot more difference in what they chose to take than what they were required to take.
The food. I'm pretty sure the food today is reheated food from 1970. The food in 1970 certainly tasted like reheated food from 1930.
Calculators? They weren't invented yet. We did have paper and pencils though. Erasers too.
Movie time? VCRs weren't around yet either. We watched 16mm film. Sometimes it even had sound.
Pencil sharpener. For some reason I always liked those. It was cool how they worked. I still have two at home.

Wow, dude. Talk about memory lane! Not familiar with Boohbah whatsoever but I do remember Teletubbies, never liked it. But Berenstein Bears was definitely a childhood favorite. And oh my God, everything there in school is so nostalgic, especially the pencil sharpener and P. E. Candy Land was a childhood favorite as well.
Nice post.
Boohbahs were my sisters generation but it scared tf outta me. I was into teletubbies but they scared me too. I liked Lala and Po and tubby toast. Little Bear pissed me off. He was a brat like Caillou. I loved the berenstein bears

I always found boohbah super creepy, they looked like inflated foreskins, the way their heads would pop out hahaha.
I enjoyed Little Bear though, and Teletubbies was a big part of my childhood.

Aw, I remember all of those.. I mostly read the Berenstein Bears than watched it.. But I definitely watched some.. LOL.. I loved Little Bear as a kids.. But I wasn't the biggest Teletubbies fan, I remember when I used to say I was Tinky Winky 😂😂😂, and like I mentioned in another question, I was too old by the time Boobah came out, and thought it was weirder than Teletubbies.. Lmao..
As for the school stuff.. Sheesh, this brings back memories.. I start elementary in the early 00s, but they still had a lot of that stuff
I remember them all. I liked the Berenstain Bears and Little Bear. Those marshmallows things had beautiful colours but they creeped me out a bit.
I've heard of the Tubbies, B-Bears (they were too stupid to watch) and I used to have Candyland and played it a lot.
I remember the Teletibbies. That Tinky Winky used to scare the peewaddins out of me
I remember all of this.
The first two are pretty creepy now that I look back but the only reason I was captivated by Boobah was because their round costumes made me think of the Tyson chicken nuggets.
This takes me back to good times, I loved little bear and I remember so many of the elementary school in the 90s pics 😊
sweet memories
