I was recently waiting in a line that snaked around the building because everything in the store I was in, was half off and I had my phone and just watching videos until I got to the front, but for you, what is something you have OR would be willing to wait 2 hours in line for?
When I was a kid my family went to the New York World's Fair several times in the mid 1960s. It was not unusual to wait on line for two hours or more to see the exhibits. Well worth it. It's an experience I will never forget. My mother went to another World's Fair when she was a kid and always remembered that too.

I waited for about 8 hours for Grateful Dead tickets. This was about 1980 when there was no public Internet yet.

Groceries. During covid times in 2020, you were lucky if the wait time outside of the supermarket was only 2 hours.
To vote in the upcoming election if I didn't get a mail-in done.

when I was a kid, we waited the whole night in queues to the queues... for everything... starting with toilet paper, which was a very rare good finishing on the meat which was sold only if you had a special piece of paper to buy it... But first, it had to be available in the shop... and it mostly wasn't...
so 2 hrs queue is not a problem :DMaybe getting FREE PS5 or 2 FREE Iphones, FREE Nintendo Switch. FREE Beats Headphones of the latest edition.
Like if they tell everyone in that city that as soon as 10AM hits at that specific store… the first 30 people will get a free, item of their choice, the next 30 people will only have to pay $20-bucks, and the following 30 people 50% off.
Maybe something of this nature. Cause im not standing somewhere for 2 hours. The most I’ve done was 1hour to enter a ride at the parks here in FL🌴2 hours is a tough one. If I know it's 2 hours upfront, It would have to be for the 'best' bougie overpriced experience that I've already bought a reservation/tickets for.
Like If I could afford Taylor swift tickets, I'd probably wait in line two hours since those tickets are like 1-2 grand a pop.
There's also situations where the line was promised to be 1hr and I wasn't hungry yet, and then it was closer to 2. But if I was actually hungry, I wouldn't wait that long.If something good was given for free then maybe yeah? But otherwise nothing requires that.
Gigs can be boring if the support is bad etc but that's still not just waiting in line.
Maybe in American theme parks? Taking 2 hours to get a on a single ride? But that's also why ya don't go to American theme parks lol.Broadway or concert tickets. Ignoring the fact we can buy all those online, I would glaaaadly stand in one place til my legs are numb, just to see a performance.
Yesterday I saw my favourite band play. Because of the opening act and 30 minute delays with the instruments, I ended up waiting for an hour and a half. Would do it again in a heartbeat.can't think of anything worth waiting in line for that long unless I desperately needed it. Even for that Popeyes chicken sandwich I didn’t dare even try it until years later. For me, a long wait is more than enough for me not to need whatever they’re providing.
I am a spiritually inclined person. I have waited for long hours on our visit to famous Hindu temples with my parents and siblings. Famous temples of India:Tirupati / Tirumala, Shirdi, Srisailam, Basara, Tuljapur, etc. I visited tons of temples with my parents than my younger siblings. It's worth waiting for long hours in a long queue.
I waited once what seemed 2 hours or more at the DMV and also the social security office (any social service office) or the courthouse for jury duty. So basically I will wait if only mandatory or if really necessary lol 🙂
Something that is first come first serve or has a person limit. Or maybe if there’s a really good restaurant, cafe, etc. that people are like you HAVE to try.
Overall I would have to say Oh HELL nO but on the other hand it all depends on what I’m waiting in line for because if it’s well worth it I would say Oh HELL yeS & wait in line.
Potentially a crazy rollercoaster at a theme park. Depends on how hot it is that day and how long the queue takes.
No, I won't waste my time with long ass lines unless it's something, that is absolutely mandatory or unavoidable and I can't pay anyone to get in line for me and get things done on my behalf.
Money is king and time is money!
In the past I've waited that long for concerts but nowadays I don't know what I'd wait that long for it's been a while since I've done that.
Over the last 3 years I have had to wait in line for two or three hours to get seen by a doctor. And I ended up seeing a physician's assistant. And I have good health insurance.
Absolutely nothing is worth waiting two hours for, with the possible exception of a seat on a lifeboat because the ship is sinking.
Something (forever) life changing.
Something new and unprecedented in the technology world.
Nothing. (Partially because there's nothing around me that requires a 2-hour line or waiting period.)
Standing? Almost nothing. In 2017 I spent 5 hours driving to Madras Oregon for the total eclipse, then 12 hours driving home. It was worth it.
I remember going to the store during Boxing Day one day and I had to wait around 45 minutes to buy a Roots Sweater.
New attractions at Disney and Universal. I was in line for 2 hours for the new Star Wars ride in Disney world. The Hagrid ride at Universal was 3 hours.
