Quick question which I think can relate to everyone. You see I think I am shy I mean I can talk to strangers if they ask me questions and if they approach me first as it goes for dating and talking to people I like or expressing my feelings I think that’s just a sign I’m shy!!! I really do not like anything about me either so I’m camera shy unlike my sister and friends who love the camera and can take really cute selfies etc I can’t do that they can easily take them typical instagram girl pictures I can’t I’m just camera shy.
The crazy thing is I have always wanted to do YouTube only because I’m good with filming and editing but I just hate myself on the camera and I hate my voice but I’m also super shy. Do you all think being shy is a super power and I should just go for it.
I mean never in my life did I think I’d hit like a good following on Snapchat which is 5.5K followers but I don’t know how I did that even though I don’t engage much with people. As I said I always wanted to do YouTube and have been told to go for it but I’m still soo unsure.
what you all think is your shyness a super power because I think it is but I am unsure.

Being shy isn't exactly a superpower, but it does have its strengths. Shy people are often good listeners, observant, and empathetic. They might not be the loudest voice in the room, but they bring depth and thoughtfulness to conversations and relationships.
So in a way, you could say it's a superpower in its own right.
It sure has it's pros but not like how you mentioned it. As in you are shy however the insecurities that you have are actually liked by people which is why you have a good amount of followers.
I’m just not quiet when it comes to opinions
It's not a superpower per se but it could be used to be a fly on the wall. So you may get more information out of people by just being shy and basically invisible. People often will say stuff and not notice I'm even there because I'm so quiet.

I mean I'm not quiet all the time. If a person speaks to me then I will definitely speak back but I'm just quiet for the most part unless spoken to. So I definitely get it.
