You are very busy, girl. It's OK to slow down if you need to. You aren't a loser, even if you only did half of what you say you are doing. What do you actually want to do with your life, though? What you shared seems like a lot to cope with, and even though you are doing lots of good things, are you doing anything you really enjoy? Are you making time for rest? Do you have a support system? People you can call to encourage you while you work through all of these things?
I am going to say this again: You are not a loser. People who say things like that are... well, not people who you need to pay attention to. They are focused on their own issues and you may just seem like a threat to them, so they want to make you feel like you're less.
One day at a time, you can do this!
