Im glad I hate it. I look at sugary things and I feel sick. That’s not food that’s sugar

Yeah. Candy & desserts. But I also like natural sugar things like fruits & vegetables too.

Sugar IS food, silly; it's high-calorie, quick energy carbohydrate food, no less. You've pretty clearly never had to go without. That's not a bad thing, inherently, but do try to keep some perspective.

No. I rarely put sugar on/in anything. I'm the same with salt. I try and avoid both.

I like sweets but I have my limits too. I don't eat them every day and when I do, I try not eating too much.

I do, but I swore off refined sugar last Nov. I still eat and drink things made with stevia
