How long do you think that it will take before we know for sure who won the presidential election?

I understand that they will be counting ballots for days after the election. So how many days do you think we will have to wait to know for sure who is America's next president?

because Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are key states, and the results are so close, and they do start to count the votes later rather than before... it could take as much as four days (last time it took four days to see a virtual winner) but then some extra days to declare a winner

unless there's a lot of surprises and early counts show a landslide from either, which is very very unlikely... there will not be a clear winner soon enough, lol

certainly not quick enough to calm down the madness on both sides

It will be 5 or 6 days before all the mail in ballots are counted. Then another few weeks to settle all the lawsuits about invalid mail in ballots being counted.

From, what I understand, they're gonna see to it that the votes are ALL counted by the end of the night! Last time, there was LOADS of cheating so, every time Trump pulled ahead, someone found another big load of Biden votes in a hole in the ocean that a turtle lived in!! That's what took so long!!

Last day of voting is on the 5th, right? Then I'd imagine by the 8th. The 10th, at the latest. If it's a close race, they'll probably recount some states or districts a couple of times, which will make it take a little longer.
