Do eyes really sparkle?

I have heard about a guys eyes "sparkling" when he likes you. Has anyone experienced this? A guy I know used to look at me like that. It seemed like his eyes sort of glittered. I hadn't seen him over the summer and now when he looks at me his eye seem almost liquid like he's going to cry or something, but he is smiling. I don't think I am imagining this. Anyone have the same experience and what does it mean?

I think so. I have never noticed it though. My boyfriend said that when we get close (not sexually lol) my eyes sparkle and he said it looks really nice. I guess they get more watery.

I noticed this when talking to the girl I like. we hold lots of eye contact while talking and it seems like her eyes have this watery sparkle to them.

Yes it happens, It is because eyes do get more watery as said before,and it is usually when we talk/look at a person we like... :)

Yes, when you are attracted/aroused by someone, your eyes dilate (your pupils open), allowing more light in, which reflects and can seem to cause a "sparkle." It's a real phenomenon.
