My new girlfriend is perfect. Like a perfect 10 in every level and sometimes I'm just wondering what she is doing with me.

She looks stunning. Gorgeous face, good body. She is smart, educated,modest and really polite. Always trying to help other people, she is not drama queen, she doesn't really give me the usually crap girls are doing. And guess what her hobbies are cooking, baking,camping, gymnastics and watching sport. I mean does it get any better?

I on the other hand have rather little to show for. I'm fairly average looking. I guess I have a good height but nothing extraordinary there either (6'1). I'm not particularly confident, rich, funny or athletic. People always say I'm geeky.I'm double majoring in computer science and electrical engineering, I like to play video games, go to sci fi conventions ...

I sometimes really don't know why she is with me out of all the guys she could be with. My friend said the same thing. He said he never thought that I guy like me could date a girl like her. And I agree, I never believed that either.

Well opinions are personal so for you and apparently your friend she might be 10/10, but to me she might not be, so it's hard to say anything about that. But of course it depends on what sort of angle you take in the situation. The simple and most romantic theory is that she might consider you her ideal man, you are to her 10/10 in every level, you are everything she wanted and maybe more. Or she while she might not give you a 10/10 in every level or maybe not even on any level, it doesn't matter to her, because she has fallen for you and that makes the other details irrelevant, at least in her mind. Of course there are more "sinister" motives she could have, but really, without knowing her personally it's hard to say anything and your description is a little vague anyway, since there isn't a single thing in this world that is perfect and there newer will be, at least in my opinion.

I know it's subjective but the thing most people can agree on certain things, like appearance or what they want in a boyfriend/girlfriend. And fact is most people would say she is hot and I'm average looking. And she probably has most of the traits most guys want in a relationship while I only a couple of the ones girls tend to want

I bet you have interesting conversations. I would also suppose that you are curious about her in general, and this is just one specific thing you're curious about.

If she is in to you for you, then there's no harm in asking. It doesn't need to be a mindf***ery puzzle if it's genuine.

A lot of girls just prefer a guy who is nice and/or smart. Also don't think that just because a girl is beautiful that she thinks that is the most important trait in a potential partner. I personally would always pick a guy who is nice and average looking over a guy who is gorgeous and a jerk. I am a twin and I have a twin brother who is literally exactly like you but he is so nice and smart and because of that a lot of people like him.

I'm not pretty at all, I get made fun of, I'm in special ed, and I have a ton of mental disorders.

it's not exactly something you would get a serious answer to. She would probably just joke around or say something "because I love you" But that's not really an answer, I don't believe love is random

What you have to offer isn't valued by the clothes you wear or how your jawline is shaped.

It's on the inside that counts.

Maybe she values your intelligence and work ethic, who knows?

The current guy I am inlove with is attactive, but he is not the most attractive man I have been with. I am always getting hit on by more attractive men, but I love this guy more than any other guy in the world. He completes me. He brought out the best in me. I can't see my life without him. He is hot just a lover, but also a friend. We have a connection that can never be explained. Everytime I see him, my heart just melts. (Lol I know, kind of mushy) but THE POINT IT IS: Love can not be explained. Its either there or it isn't. We all have one true love, and maybe you are hers. You must complete her.

How long have you been dating? I sure hope she's at least helping you get some confidence man. Wow...I bet if she read this post she would dump you tomorrow. I don't know you obviously, but clearly if she seriously likes you for you, then she sees something in you that you or your friend who's a bad friend and bad liar doesn't see. I would recommend getting your testosterone levels checked. Does she give you compliments? If so, what does she say?

You and your friends say you don't deserve her...but what does SHE say? You said yourself she's modest...for all you know, she could be thinking the same thing about you..that she doesn't deserve you.

Don't worry about it and gain some confidence knowing you're a great catch : )

Don't doubt yourself bro. One thing woman hate is a lack of confidence. Seriously though, ask yourself if it truly even matters why she's with you, as long as she is with you that's all that should matter. She obviously sees something in you that you don't see. So don't go messing it up by second guessing yourself. Be confident and courteous and those two attributes will take you far. Keep doing what you're doing either way.
