Guys! What makes you get emotionally attached to a girl?

Emotional bond, attraction, attachment, etc etc. What makes a guy attach emotionally to a girl? Especially if it is a guy who is convinced that he does not get emotionally attached?

I never get emotionally attached it would be bad all around. There are things about my past that don't let me get too close to women. I do have a girlfriend who I plan to marry but to say that I am emotionally attached to her would be a lie. During the last 14 years of my life I have learned and seen things no person should be forced to see. I have tried to get emotionally attached and it went horrible, So I stay away from that game.

If you intend to mary, you are emotionally attached. caring is being emotionally attached. you would not be in a relationship-unless you were emotionally attached.

QA you don't MAKE someone get attached. its formed out of shared experience attraction respect and compassion towards each other. it is not a decision. it happens. you can leave a person, or be in denial and have the feelings eat you up inside. but you don't control emotional bonds.

Those are secrets for guys to know and girls never to find out. If we want to be emotionally attached for someone, it will happen. Don't try and manipulate us into it. Please. It's just unethical and unfair.

I wasn't trying to manipulate anyone. I was just wondering because it seems that guys often never get emotionally attached and girls always do, and always 1st in the relationship. Which is not fair.

Emotional attachment is a natural process. If you try and force it unorganically, you're lying to yourself. Find the right guy and let it flow naturally. Stop trying to change people.

Well. I get super emotional when I see my girlfriends perfect ass. So much so I just have to grab it. Other then that I don't get emotional.
