What does a guy mean when he says maybe another night?

okay so a guy I kinda hooked up with in a night club said this to me at the very end of the night when we were leaving... "" anyway nice to meet you **my name** , maybe we can do this some other time. "" ... he didn't ask for my number, did he just say this to be nice... does this more than likey mean he never wants to see me again?

other details: me and this guy while we were in the nightclub had an altercation and he told me he was very pisssed off with what I done. he also said a few things to make me jealous etc. :/
