My boyfriend forgets things I tell him

if I tell him little things about my life, he forgets then, does this mean anything?

Is the majority of the stuff you say to him pointless and not worth remembering? Do you tell him things like

"I'm hungry."

"I can't tell the difference between Gatorade and Powerade."

"It's always so hard to decide what to do with my hair."

"My doggie is so cute!"

"I hate how radio stations play so many commercials!"

"I'm tired"

"I didn't go to the gym today."

and

"Gas is so expensive!"

If so, you have conditioned him to not listen to you. The less you talk, the more he will listen.

nooo stuff about school, or stuff about my family sometimes, those kinda things

if they are little things he may forget them depending on how he was conversing with you. Like if a guy is just staring at your eyes he may be lost in them, I know I have been, and miss a nice little chunk of what was being said. If you tell him when he's making breakfast or driving or something like that, he probably isn't focused on the conversation.

Could mean a multitude of things ranging from 'he doesn't actually like you' to 'he simply wasn't listening' to 'he has a sh*t memory'.

Its a tiny thing and its not worth over analysing. DONT obsess over it.
