Why do women bend over/crouch down in pictures?

One of my jobs is performing as a character actor, so as a result I spend a lot of time taking pictures with people.

I've noticed over the years that women, not all but a lot, bend over or crouch down in pictures. Can any ladies explain to me why they personally do it or give insights as to why women do?

I understand about the cleavage, but I don't think most women are thinking about that. Examples:

In both of these, I understand the girls in the front, but there are ones on the sides who aren't even turning their cleavage to the camera. So are they just doing it because they've seen other girls do it? It is more of a lemming response?

I don't think it has anything to do with it making people look better because it looks so much worse. I noticed it for myself when I would crouch in to make myself smaller so I wasn't taking up so much space in a group shot. I didn't want to be in anyones way and I wanted to fit into the photo (I'm not even that tall). Then when I noticed the photos later on, I saw that it didn't make sense because the camera got us all in anyways and it wouldn't have made a difference in the shot if I stood up tall and proud, and I got more confident and let myself take up the space that I take up, I began to stand tall with good posture in group photos. Though sometimes old habits creep in and it's an auto response to being in a group photo if I am not mindful of it.

It's gives a more attractive angle. As most photographers know, you look better in pictures if you are kind of below the camera/the camera is tilted down towards you. It makes your face look thinner and it's just more flattering.

If someone else is taking the picture, you can't really control the camera angle, so you kinda cheat it so you're still looking up at the camera.

I'm sure most of the girls aren't bright enough to figure out why they do that pose, I'm sure they just see other girls doing it, realize it looks better in pictures, and do it themselves.

Or they're sluts and wanna show off their cleavage. Either one. lol

Honestly, I think its just so that the girls in the back can be seen. The girls on the side probably just noticed that the girl beside her was doing it, without thinking about whether or not she was was actually blocking someone (or maybe she thought she was, but really wasn't).

I too would love this.. and sometimes they do it right in front of you with a low hanging top.. but they swear that they don't notice this.. So you are telling me you can't feel and notice your top hanging that low that I can clearly see your two boobs in your bra while you are facing me from 5 ft away?

I think women crouch in pictures so that everyone will know and see what they look like when they are taking a dump. Photoshop a toilet under all of them and it will become very clear.

they want to show their boobs and ,make their butt look more full and round but at the same time they want to hide their vagina behind their butt and between their legs because they are very conscious that the vagina might be smelly.
