Girls If a girl says she'll call back but doesn't does that mean she's not interested?

I've been talking to this girl, we see each other regularly in school, but last time we hung out as she was leaving she told me we should hang out again and asked me to walk her to her car and stuff. Yesterday we were talking at school and she said she had to go do some things but was going to call me that night, but I didn't get a call, text, or anything (forgive my age by the way, I entered it wrong when I registered).

I'm wicked confused because when we talk she's always really nice to me and gives me compliments and stuff, and both of us are always laughing. And she does stuff like one time she sat in a puddle by accident, and she goes, "feel how soaked this is" and let me touch her ass.

The thing is she's the type of person who goes out of her way to help people and be nice and stuff, so I don't know what to make of this, if it's a trust issue, insecurity, or if a girl not calling back just usually means she isn't that interested?

How should I respond? Should I call her today, or wait until Monday when I see her in person to talk to her?

From my perspective - a guys perspecitve, it seems like she's a typical attention wh*re.

I wouldn't respond at all and when I would see her on Monday I would wait for her to initate conversation.

If she doesn't call you by Tuesday, take the initiative and call her yourself. People do get busy so I wouldn't automatically presume that she is passively rejecting you just yet.

it sounds to me like she's a little shy to call you as all. sometimes it can be a little nerve wrecking phoning someone for the first time. maybe try texting first. it might be more comfortable that way for both of you as there's less pressure. if you want to text her first then just go ahead and do it. hope this helps!

Wait until Monday and see what she says. It's possible that something came up. If you contact her before then you will come across as desperate and that is a huge turn-off for normal people.
