A lot of those things are good to say to women but I feel once you are honest and say things from the heart, you cover a lot of the bases. I find as you get to know someone they respond to different things. Some may like lots of compliments and affirmation, others prefer the odd compliment that is heartfelt, it really does depend on the person. You could fall into the trap of overdoing it and the person feels you are just being trite, saying them for the sake of saying them. It is a fine line, I would say think about it but don't overthink it, I suppose go with your gut instinct somewhat.
