I guess love at first sight can be true for some. I know people who, when they first saw each other, just knew they were meant to be. And it worked out for them.
I also know people who thought they experienced "love at first sight" and it didn't work out. I think that for those for whom it did work, they stayed together long enough to get to know each other and developed love to complement their lust or infatuation.
Of course it doesn't. You can't fall in love with someone you don't know at all. The initial attraction that sparks a relationship can happen at first sight, but love still takes time to develop.
Yes, I do still believe in it. There's thousands of couples out there that prove love at first sight is real and my parents are one of them, in July they'll have been 40yrs. So, yes I believe in it. I have many examples in my family that prove that it's real.

True. You can feel intense physical attraction in the beginning and get drawn in when you know bits and pieces of them but you don't know them until you actually get to know them.
Some of the people who I thought were my ideal type ended up fucking me over big time.
I agree completely. I don't believe in love at first sight. I believe in lust or chemistry at first sight, but not love. You HAVE to know a person well in order to truly love them.
I have always found it funny how people who talk about being in love, throw aside their relationships over a few words their lover said which they did not like. It is like the Joker said to Batman "all it takes is one bad day."
I strongly doubt that what he felt the first time he saw her was the same thing that other people feel when they fall in love after dating for 6-12 months.
The first picture looks very much like the girl from my clinic 40 years ago. She was probably the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I was quite smitten. :)
Well, considering it's evolutionary purposes ( www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.../?tool=pubmed ) in other mammals combining the fact that the neurochemical release of oxytocin and other substances can trigger the same effect as "love" ( www.economist.com/.../economist-explains-6 ) the smaller critters are showing us what the larger more complex critters do.
In short our brains are quite wired for this so love at first sight is very possible. It isn't a matter of belief so much as biological reality because love is a biological thing.
1. Hence why I posed a link about mammals. Genetic likeness to fruitflies is 61% (https://science. nasa. gov/science-news/science-at-nasa/2004/03feb_fruitfly) and NASA has used them, among other groups, to help dictate various things about human health. The behavior of fruitflies therefore, due to their short life cycle, can be used to path out many cycles that would take literal human lifetimes to study. They offer hundreds of years of data in a few hundred days.
2. I don't think you're much of a source to worry about regarding credibility however I didn't say that there were no psychological aspects. I did state however that love at first sight does exist and it does have a biological basis. The human brain is complex; stating that something "doesn't exist" is just as foolish as stating otherwise.
So yes, love at first sight does exist and fruitflies are great for studying (https://modencode. sciencemag. org/drosophila/introduction/).
I am not. I can only provide information. However it is better to provide information for the backing of an idea than to simply enter into a state of denial and live under your own oppressive beliefs.

Yes, that also can be true

I don't believe in love at first sight either.. call it a crush or infatuation more accurately but it's NOT love...
The most important thing about girls is their appearance, so love at first sight actually exists.
You have recently started a very long journey and, when you closer to your destination, your eyes will be weary but you will see much more.
I have always found it funny how people who talk about being in love, throw aside their relationships over a few words their lover said which they did not like. It is like the Joker said to Batman "all it takes is one bad day."
Lust at first sight exists... love is what a whole lot of people mistake that feeling for.
Love at first sight can't be true with blondes or brunettes. But it might be true with a redhead. Might be:

Love at first sight doesn't exist, but lust at first sight surely does. 😂
Sometimes there's just something about someone when you first meet them, I agree it's not exactly love but sometimes you know it's going to be.
It exists. My friend loved a girl at first sight. The girl in the first photo is so beautiful, by the way.
I strongly doubt that what he felt the first time he saw her was the same thing that other people feel when they fall in love after dating for 6-12 months.

The girl in the first picture is Abby Champion. Absolutely gorgeous!
i believe in chemistry between people, not love at first sight.
That's probably more accurate tbh.
I never really belived in "love in first sight" tbh... but i believe in lust in first sight XD
I disagree because I experienced love at first site, unfortunately, it was unrequited love :(
It never happens to me but still I believe it exists to some people.
Holy shit, bro doyou know that first blonde girl, she probably a nordic, I am falling for her.
I also think aren't girls sluttier if you're less good than other guys she is deeper with
That's why I asked you two questions in response to ur two points , pls let me hear ur thoughts
Love at first sight does exist.
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.../?tool=pubmed
We've known this for some time now.
An article about the mating patterns of fruit flies is supposed to be relevant to understanding love in the human species? No sale!

1. Fruit flies are not mammals.
2. If you want to suggest that there is no psychological aspect of love, you have lost all credibility with me.

Obviously, you MUST be right.

Actually, I live in the State of Florida and I am not oppressed by my beliefs.
I wasn't referring to a literal "you".
