Love is a complicated emotion that requires cooperation from both individuals. If you are not willing to have both an emotional and physical connection with your partner, I recommend steering clear of love all together for the relationship is doomed to fail from the start.

Emotional Love is not easy, but it is essential for the relationship to grow. This involves listening to your partner and tending to their needs accordingly. Those who have trouble expressing emotions in a relationship often find themselves in an unhealthy relationship, for their partner does not feel that they are making an effort towards strengthening the bond and connection to succeed and flourish as a loving couple.

Physical Love is not just sexual but spiritual as well, for sex gives a husband and wife the chance to start a family with one another. Sex is also about being aware of your partner's needs and how to satisfy them in the bedroom. Meaningless sex will ultimately tear a relationship apart and lead to several regrets for one or both parties involved.

My recipe for success when it comes to love is to treat your partner with respect and listen to their needs to both their emotional and physical needs.

Love is not a complicated emotion. It's actually very simple.

A wise man in high school taught me this definition of love:

Love is an invitation to be oneself.

That's actually very easy to do. Accept the people you love as they are. Don't try to change them or put them on a pedestal. You can't do that even if you try.
