Does he like or not? What does it mean when he always looks and our eyes lock?

there's this really cute guy in my class i dont really know him but his eyes seem to be always lingering on me. Once we were in class and i felt his gaze on me so i turned to see and his eyes gazed right into mine he had an blank expression and we like of just froze for like 5 seconds staring into each others eyes then he just turns around and walks out the door. Everytime our eyes look towards each other they lock. Every time we are in the hallway and we walked past each other our eyes lock. My friends say when im in the hallway he's looking at me and when i turn to met his gaze he looks away. Whenever he's with a group of girls he looks at me when i walk past. What does this mean does he like me or think im cute/attractive or does he stare at me because of something else? i have a feeling he likes me but why doesn't he just come and talk to me, i mean he is always around girls

He likes you and doesn't know how to approach you. So, to hell with that.. go talk to him. Chances are, he will always be too shy to do anything about it. Such eye contact says only one thing.. "I want you"

But honestly direct eye contact is a very unpredictable move it can ended up to several things.. Even I know that, I really can't help.. If you want to know so desperately talk to him, be honest..
