Does anyone else think nail polish looks bad?

It's an idiosyncrasy of mine and idky but ever since I was young I thought nail polish looked bad especially red. Like the hottest girl on earth could be laying naked in front of me but if she has red toenail or fingernail polish, I'm dead serious out. The only kind I can take are french manicures and clear nail polish. I never told a girlfriend becaue I think that she would think that's weird as fuck that I think that.

Im disgusted by the look and smell of nail polish. My mom doesn't even wear it on her fingernails because she knows I wouldn't allow her to touch me. Its like a weird phobia of mine haha. The last time I wore polish was like when I was 5 years old. But thats because I was forced to wear it. The women in my family say that they are going to make me wear it when I get married. I really dont want to though. If I do, it'll have to be clear... But I dont even want to wear that

It is weird right? I'm not scared of it, but if you could replace 'grossed out by it' with 'scared by it', then it would be a phobia for me.

I admit though, some colors like the blush pink and pearly white are less creepy but still nasty to me

Red nail polish is offensive, I agree. When I was younger I used to think nail polish looked disgusting overall... but as I got older, some colors don't offend me as much. It depends on the color of the nail polish and your skin tone. If they clash, it looks like trash.

No, I've never however I absolutely hate it when people do wear nail polish and DONT take care of it. Chipped nails gives me anxiety. Id rather there be none at all

I think it's unnecessary and lots of colors can look bad. But it's not bad just because it's nail polish.

That's funny I just painted my toenails and I think they look gross, but I did it for a guy because people say painted toenails are sexy
