Height difference between you and your partner?

I'm 30cm taller than my girlfriend (almost 12 inches). I'm 192cm (6ft 3.5) and she is 162cm (5ft 3), and she loves it. So I'm curious, what height difference do you have with your girlfriend/boyfriend? Also, what difference do you consider to be too much?

both my exes weren't that much taller than me. must have been max 3 inches difference. i didn't mind though.

i dont consider anything to be too much tbh. id be happy dating a guy as tall as the ones in the NBA lol, no problems. i think the height difference u have with ur girl is cute. I'm her height and i reckon id like that. no biggie though.

Exactly 30 cm as you and your girlfriend. My boyfriend is 195cm and I am 165cm... I sometimes joke around and hold a 30 cm ruler on my head and tell him our height difference is that of a 30 ruler... I don't mind our height difference at all, in fact I really find it fascinating...

I'm 5'2, he's 6'0. So we have 10 inches between us. I like it, but it can be a little annoying sometimes and I probably wouldn't wanna date anyone taller than him.

I don't have a partner but I don't really have a limit on such a thing. I don't care all that much. I think I would notice a tall girl more just because I'm tall and they stick out more to me. That and I LOVE being tall so it would be cool to pass that on to potential future kids if I ever want to have them.

I'm currently single and don't make a big deal out of height difference, but, given a choice, I would prefer a woman who's taller than I am (172 cm). 178 - 190 cm in bare feet would probably be my ideal, but most women aren't into guys shorter than they are, so such a pairing likely won't happen.

@RaceAgainstMachine To give more detail than "They're hot.", there are multiple reasons. I like getting "more woman" for one thing. It's the same reason why I like curvy ladies too. Another factor is the psychology of being the shorter one, despite the man being expected to be the leader / dominant partner. Getting and keeping a larger woman has a sort of appeal to the male sexuality, because it feels like more of an accomplishment. (Average guys who catch ripped ladies would probably express the same.) Lastly, tall women don't usually go for shorter men, and very few actually prefer them. Thus, when people see a short guy + tall girl, that signals that he must be especially outstanding in some way. That also speaks to his self-confidence.

TL;DR Obviously physical attraction is a big part, but most of my interest is probably psychological.

Also, worth nothing: I'm not an Amazon, lift & carry, humiliation, etc. fetishist, though I know that some guys who like taller women are.

Dude, I'm an inveterate shoe whore (and my size is ALWAYS on sale at the Gucci, Choo and YSL outlets), so, in actual praxis, he's usually about –8" taller than me most of the time. And... still, next to mah man, I feel like a teeny tiny little bitty little girl.

In 15 years we've been married, I can't remember a single person so much as casting a derogatory glance in our direction. I mean, at this point, couples even look wrong to me if the dude is much taller. <3
