Using Operant Conditioning in Relationships. Have you used psychology techniques of operant conditioning in your relationship's?

Operant Conditioning is used in our everyday lives. Even in relationships. I decided to try it out for a month to see if I can see progress not only in my own behavior but others as well. Here is an example of what Operant Conditioning is:

-State Goal (tell her/him what you want to have happen and why)
-Monitor Behavior (pay attention to what she/he actually does)
-Reinforce Desired Behavior (reward her/him for good behavior)
-Reduce Incentives for Undesired Behavior (remove rewards for bad behavior)'
-ignore behaviors in order to reduce it.

Let's say you have behaviors that you don't like in an individual for example: not initiating contact more often (but you call them all the time), using a phone while on a date,.. etc. What are some ways that you used operant conditioning in your relationship's?
