Well, to be fair you should at least ask him why he hates it. I mean he is your husband, and you should want to do something that doesn't necessarily bother you. At the end of the day, he's opinion should be the only thing that matters, not us. He is after all your husband, and you do have to live with the man. However, wearing leggings every day is pushing it. You need a new wardrobe change and wearing leggings to the gyms, work, and even a formal/casual party is not really appropriate. And no he is not being dramatic. I would think your weird for only having leggings for pants. As long as your not revealing skin and dressing trashy, there are other outfits that is best to wear. Remember that your supposed to represent HIM as his wife, not just yourself.
Leggings are comfy and they're great for some things. But they are wildly inappropriate for your husband's corporate party, and even for your own workplace. Definitely get some different pants. Leggings and yoga pants are great for exercise, lounging, sleep, and casual wear. Not for parties and professional environments, unless you really do it in a way that looks classy and dressed up.
Yeah, you should go buy yourself a pair of jeans because if you accidentally rip those leggings on the side of a table then your whole leg is going to be showing.
Leggings are comfy! I wear them all the time too, you shouldn't stop wearing them, but maybe switch it up for more formal events.
It doesn't matter what we think. If you should listen to someone, so it's your man. Make a change for him if you want to. After that have been said, my wife do use time to time and am always against it, i do understand the comfy situation but in this case your own husband hates it because you use it on daily basis and it's unattractive from his view. If you want to change, change it for your husband, or tell him to deal with it, he chose you for what you are and not for what he wants you to be.
You know, that's up to you, but if my partner wanted me to make an adjustment to how I dressed, I would just do it. I know it's not quite the same because I don't really care what I wear while I presume that you actually like the way you dress. Still, I'd make the effort just to find out what he's into.

I hate leggings too, they're so unattractive.
the reason he doesn't like it is because other guys like it. look leggings are hot. super hot and make girls look very attractive so he doesn't want other guys looking. but they shouldn't be your only pants. get some jeans. i recommend levis 501's.
He's being dramatic. I prefer comfort over making a fashion statement.
