18 to 24 a big age difference?

So this girl I work with is 24. I find her really attractive and I'm super comfortable with her. I've been comfortable around her since I met her and I'm usually not with most girls. I've always flirted with her (like most people do) and she'd flirt back with me. She's talk crap about others flirting with her to me. Recently I added her on Snapchat and we got talking for a while. Then Saturday at work we flirted bad the whole day and snapchatting continued throughout the night. Turns out she went out and got drunk and told me a lot about how she feels. The next day she woke up feeling like I only kept going to be nice and I didn't know how she'd feel. I guess she meant everything and she really likes me. So last night we texted for most the night. Then today we worked and flirted/talked then after work we chilled in my car a few hours just talking. At the end we started making out (and I obviously had to kiss her neck). I'm just wondering if you think that age difference is super bad. It's like 5.5 to 6 year gap, my parents had a 6-7 and that's not too bad. Another person at my work is 19 dating a 32 year old. She told me she doesn't care as long as I'm over 18, which I am. So what do you think?
