I’m not talking about “I want someone who loves, respects, and cherishes me.” Because that is basic stuff! That shouldn’t be a fantasy! That should be your reality! I’m talking fantasy stuff. Like... they make you breakfast in bed every Wednesday. They like the same very specific shade of teal as You do. That kind of stuff.
I think mine are a nice man who will help me wash my hair occasionally, try to rub the knots out of the small muscles on my neck and head, and will grill foods for us to eat at semi-regular weather permitting intervals. I don’t think that’s too much.
Honestly my ex was the definition of my fantasy she was cheerful upbeat down to earth even though she came from a rich family she made plans for us didn't just rely on me to make them we gave each other massages after a hard day of work we loved each others interests we had a great romantic/sex life she cooked for me without me expecting it even like we used to take in turns but some nights she'd set up like a whole date night out of the blue she was amazing. I think that's why I let her drag me through hell when I came to her I was confident I trusted my gut and if any girl did me wrong I'd drop them like a hot stone but her she had me guessing if I wasn't enough stressing when she just went silent and wouldn't talk to me for no reason for weeks. Sounding so shocked and at the time this was the only way I felt I could get my feelings across as my mind was a mess I replied with no I wasn't being serious but that's how you've been making me feel she said she was so hurt so heart broken and that we were over and then swiftly got with a friend of mine two weeks later.
Don't feel bad about it really, it would happen sooner or later. She just gave you hints about what she needs in that phase of her life, when she told you about those things she likes in your friends. So you'r good. Better off than being cheated with your friends. It's just how it is, just try to learn from it really
Yeah I learned from it alright I didn't want to believe she was like that but I learned, me and her were on and off for year after that she kept getting with guys and then when she was done with them she'd come back to me, last time she did she said "I've missed your outlook on life it's rather interesting" and that kind of made me feel sick like I was being used so I cut her off. I would be cooking everyday. I'd wake up early and make amazing breakfasts for everyone, and also make extravagant bento box lunches for everyone (husband and kids). The house would always be clean, but of course I'd make the kids clean up after themselves. I feel like I would want my husband/kids to do dishes, sweep and mop, clean the bathroom, take out the garbage, and do the yard work. I would clean all the other rooms in the house, do the laundry, etc. When things are clean I'd work out then relax and play a game or two. I'd cook dinner regularly, and also always have home made snacks available for if the kids have friends over. I'd want a small garden in the back to tend to and grow fresh herbs and some fruits and veggies to use in my dishes. I want my house to be the house everyone wants to have gatherings at. The kids friends always want to come over. My husband always wants to entertain, having friends over, or coworkers, or even the boss and the boss' spouse, and I would always make amazing food for every occasion.
I of course want to travel and go out to eat sometimes, but when we're at home I want things as I described. It might be difficult, and it could very well be a silly fantasy. Maybe I wouldn't be good at keeping up with everything... but I really would like to do it.
Oh my god so like, yo, I've been dreaming of living this super comfortable life with the person I love. We would have two perfectly trained and gentle doggos. We'd live in an amazing apartment with an amazing view, and with something quirky about it that makes it unique. And we'd be filthy rich, so we could wake up at 9 or 10 every morning and have the most chill breakfast where we'd both eat super healthy but yummy food while watching a show or reading the paper. And we would have our coffee delivered to us every morning from the best café in town. Then we'd kiss each other bye, head off to work and come home at a reasonable time. Then we'd spend lots of time in the kitchen while preparing some amazing food together. Like chef level because we're both just amazing at cooking together. Then we'd eat in peace, watch a good show while cuddling with the dogs on the couch, take a long walk with the doggos together, and have really good sex at night. The!! Dream!! Imagine sharing a life like that with someone you love!
This is a very good question. I've been fantasizing about just getting the basics in a relationship for so long I haven' t thought about true fantasies.
That we run a marathon together, that we visit Antarctica, Vietnam and Japan together, and that we learn Italian together.
Because I can learn it quickly and enjoy the great literary and musical works of art written in that language, read about football tactics (this is a really big deal in Italian football, especially on defense), and read technical documents written in Italian (I do technical translations as a side pursuit). And... operas!
If Japanese were not so difficult to learn, it would be my first choice of another language to learn. Alas, it is, though.

I really loved a girl in my college and i proposed her 2 years back. she was really a practical person and she rejected sweetly saying that I too like you but we have a caste problem and my parents won't accept it.

I can't speak to anyone neither their parents nor mine because i have nothing to prove myself. i need time i knew from the start it was not possible but i didn't give up and now i am suffering internally.
Past Two years i was in my own fantasy world, thinking i would get her. I made my efforts to get her but now i am really close to my defeat. Now i regret why did i opt such an result-less effort. I have to say almost all fantasies I used to have when I was single have already been fulfilled in the form of my wife. As cheesy as it may sound, there's really very, very little I can complain about. Oh man where do I start... I'd love to have: - someone to travel with - someone who likes similar music as I do and would be willing to attend concerts with me - someone who loves roller coasters - someone who likes to stay in bed and watch movies and cuddle - someone who has a naturally warmer body heat than me (bear with me, I know this sounds weird but I get cold easily and you know what, it'd be nice to hug or hold his hand and get warmed up at the same time) - someone who can make me laugh
I'm cheesy but find a woman who doesn't judge me for my flaws will opt into a long-term relationship with all the ups and downs help out with home rearing whilst I spoil her with gifts and affection. Also just being honest and committed my work is gonna put a strain on the relationship but if we could hold though it would be wonderful.
The last part is the most ambitious but I also wish for the commitment after either one of us is long gone, a friend of mines mum lost her husband to cancer and she is still faithful after death it's one of the sweetest things I could as of a woman to be mine forever. My aunt and uncle bought side by side plots and he got a new wife, sold on the plot now my aunt will be buried next to some randy. Its sad to imagine that bing me some day forgotten about by a partner.
Mine are i'd want a guy who can cook for me but also lets me cook for him and we can go out to eat too without being judged, i'd want a relationship with no judgement and to be closer than close like you can literally do anything with conscience without freaking the other out or forcing anyone to leave, i'd want a guy who could literally carry me when i got tired of walking like that would be so great just any time just carry me yeah but thats not happening lol but yeah plus the whole washing your hair thing would be cool too
If when he made me a cup of tea it was *perfect* exactly how I like it. Everyone likes it different, and though he logically knows he doesn’t like tea so doesn’t get how much tiny things make a difference. But I’m too grateful for the fact he makes me tea at all, that I don’t want to correct him 😂 And if he would share the window seat on airplanes, I’ve travelled more than him so when we go away I want him to see everything even though I love the window seat, and he’s annoying always wanting to get up and down.

I have this recurring dream, where I am with the love of my life, and basically its early in the morning, and we are making breakfast/dinner - it changes. The kitchen is brightly lit, and we are laughing just having an all round good time. Other parts in the dream have us going out on fun dates - paintball, abseiling, travelling the world etc pulling me out in the middle of a thunderstorm to play in the rain and then coming back in drenched laughing, and warming up by taking a hot shower together.
I want an Amazon. I want a chick who could slay dragons if they existed. I want someone who understands me intellectually so the two of us can start our own private detective agency and eventually become superheroes like Iron Man and fly the skies before figuring out how to extend our lives indefinitely so we can explore the universe together as long as possible.

I think mine is getting my hair brushed? It's something that my partner does for me occasionally and it's something I love, it's a little thing that isn't necessary but it's incredible to have done for me. Obviously I'm perfectly capable of brushing my own hair but it feels so nice for someone else to do it and take care of me a little, it's definitely a fantasy thing I always kinda wanted to happen and I'm glad it occasionally does.

@ImKazumaYes If I remember right, he didn't ask me the first time, just kind of did it. My hair always knots super easily, especially after sleeping (I shower before bed so my hair is still kinda damp when I go, which is probably why) , and I think I was being a little too rough either brushing the knots out on the back of my head and he took the brush from me and started tackling the biggest knots at the back for me 😂 After that, I just started handing him the hairbrush if i got frustrated with it, he picked up on it that I like it and now he'll quite often pick up the hairbrush in the mornings and make a start on it or ask me if I want him to.
