Poly relationships require a lot of with born on all three or however many are involved, everyone must be equally involved and open to it, it's hard to find this particular dynamic, and then to keep it is all the more so. She did say she was in love with him... does that include you, does that include how he feels for her, or how you feel for her. .. there's a lot to figure out if you are considering poly x
Really though, I can see your predicament it's a tough one, but ultimately it's up to her to make a decision, she loves him, but does she love you enough to respect your relationship and not interfere in that, if she finds that her feelings are too strong that the answer to that question is no... then she needs to take a massive step back until she can approach you both as friends again
