It's a dilemma alright, but hers not yours, of course you appreciate that she was honest, it was really brave of her to tell you that,
I'm wondering how she managed to fall in love with him in the first place, maybe you all hang out together a lot, I also wonder how your boyfriend feels about it
Obviously he's with you, so it's your relationship, you can't just let her have him to keep her happy, I'm sure he will want a say in it too 😊
Poly relationships require a lot of with born on all three or however many are involved, everyone must be equally involved and open to it, it's hard to find this particular dynamic, and then to keep it is all the more so. She did say she was in love with him... does that include you, does that include how he feels for her, or how you feel for her. .. there's a lot to figure out if you are considering poly x
Really though, I can see your predicament it's a tough one, but ultimately it's up to her to make a decision, she loves him, but does she love you enough to respect your relationship and not interfere in that, if she finds that her feelings are too strong that the answer to that question is no... then she needs to take a massive step back until she can approach you both as friends again
These are her feelings, she's the one who has to figure out how to deal with them while honouring your friendship
Maybe let your boyfriend know she has feelings so he can be conscious of how he behaves around her

I wouldn’t be upset or anything. I’d just make it very clear that if she pursues him in any way, she’s cut. Like don’t even bother looking at me, cuz if I find out they did something dirty, they’ll be completely eliminated from my mind. She can either calm herself down or leave my life. It’s that simple. No bad blood or harsh feelings. Totally her choice
I would try to stay friends with her, and help her find someone, but I'm not giving up my boyfriend (unless I don't love him). I wouldn't be a bitch to my bff or my boyfriend, because the situation can be defused without casualties.
