You are completely wrong. I would take medications such as antibiotics but only if they can fight the cause of an infection. Everything else only leads to multi-resistant germs and viruses.
Just because of cramps or headache, I don’t have to take painkillers right away. Most people are too relaxed about medication, taking pills and don't care about what they do to their bodys.

I do drink ice tea, but not tons of it. I drink Club-Mate (mate tea with bobbles and added caffeine), sometimes more, sometimes less. As long as I can control it, it is okay. And I can reduce it anytime if I notice that I become fat from ice tea drinking.
