Boyfriend suggested breast implants?

My boyfriend has been sort of teasing me about my breast size. He has brought up breast implants several times. Once I told him in a semi-playful manner to stop touching my boobs because he doesn’t like them and wishes they were bigger. He responded that just because he wishes they were bigger doesn’t mean he doesn’t like them. Aside from this, he’s been pushing me to go to the gym, specifically encouraging me to work on toning my butt. He tells me he goes to the gym for me so I should go for him. All of his remarks make me feel like crap and really insecure. When I act upset though he says he loves me and acts like he’s kidding and it’s no big deal. Thoughts or advice?

Honestly, he's an idiot if he's telling you to get breast implants.
Now, granted, i dont know what your breasts look like. But i would take real, small boobs over fake ones ANY DAY.
On the point of going to the gym, thats not really something to feel insecure about, insomuch as we can't realistically think we are perfect. Comments can make you feel insecure, yes. And perhaps he should take care to phrase things better. But it seems to me that he could just be expressing a preference for fitness. Its really not that different from saying you prefer to listen to a certain type of music. You are communicating a preference, and in a relationship you should be able to communicate such things.
You say "all of his remarks" make you feel like crap and insecure. All of his remarks? Or just all of his remarks about going to the gym?
If he is always making you feel bad, then maybe the answer to him should be "go fuck yourself". In those exact words.

On second thought, tell him there's growth hormone in saliva and if he wants your boobs bigger he should start using his mouth on them more.

What I'm seeing is your partner telling you he wants you to change your body for him, and saying because he chooses to do it with you in mind, you should do the same.

Breast implants have their own issues and personally I don't favour them but then again it's up to you... I know only about me... if my girlfriend suggested that we try oral sex I'd dump her on the spot ( oral sex makes me just as uncomfortable). My point is, when it comes to something like that, no one should make that decision for you.
