This is all public knowledge. If you know where (county, state) the offense took place you can see the docket and get all the details of the case including the victim he "assaulted" just in case it is one of those 18/17 cases. But I'd still make your sister aware. Regardless if he's lying to her that's not a great idea. And to play devil's advocate here may be too scared to tell her some of his truths due to her judging him just in case she has a worse sense of what happened that what actually happened. But it still needs to be out there for the safety of your niece. GL

Do you know why he's on the sex offender list? Do you know that he served time in jail? I've heard of people being arrested for urinating in public, like leaving a bar and taking a leak in the parking lot. They become registered sex offenders for that, because they exposed themselves in public. Maybe talk to him, ask him questions. Or tell him a story about something stupid or crazy you did, even if you make it up. It might get him to open up a bit.
I would show her the physical evidence so she can't doubt you when you bring this to her attention. This is not going to be a good conversation at all. 🙊✌️☮️

Flirt with him, wink at him, throw him kisses and wear sexy clothes in front of him.
You better tell her, dude. Tell your parents, too.
