Would you feel comfortable with your boyfriend meeting up abroad with a female friend who you don't really know?

They're not lifelong friends, he's known her the same amount of time as me as we started uni last year. He's going to visit family and she is too, but I've only met her once. He also did not tell me that he was planning to meet her, I overheard him talking about it to someone else and inviting them to meet up too, also another girl I think. Am I just being crazy?

From the situation I would just ask him about it. I know it can be hard to do that sometimes and in some cases it can get really awkward because you don’t want to seem like you are being suspicious or accusing him of anything. If my boyfriend didn’t tell me anything about a situation and just went anyway I would already assume that there was something going on because he’s usually pretty open with me. if it were me I would tell him that I wasn’t comfortable with it or maybe ask if I could come along because I wasn’t comfortable with him being there by himself. Overall just ask him about it because you never know if it could be something to worry about or if it could be something you don’t have to worry about at all

I did and he did say he would've told me but... I don't know? I think he wouldn't meet her if it made me uncomfortable, but I was really just wondering whether it was just me who would be worried about a thing like this and I'm overreacting as I don't want to seem controlling by asking him not to meet her if this is just something I shouldn't be realistically worried about
