Is this why she stopped talking to me out of nowhere?

I have a coworker who would always talk to me when I first got there. I’m a girl and She has a boyfriend and so do I but I’m not sure if they’re still together. She’s in charge sometimes and so after some time she would start telling me to do something. After I got my hair done she stared a lot She always asked how I was doing softly. She gives me bi vibes lol just a little. She has a huge arm tattoo and is taller and kinda pudgy. She would stare across the store and come really close to me. I’ve even seen her dress outside of work and it’s kind of tomboyish. We have a work chat and her pic on there she’s wearing makeup. She confuses me. Once we had a day where we had a huge sale and I was overwhelmed and she followed me into the back and just stared. I thought we were flirting that day because things seemed a little weird. I was carrying something tiny and was going out the door and she was in front of me and stopped and held the door for me. We were smiling at each other a lot. After that day I started seeing her a little differently. I noticed after that she stopped talking to me first. Once she asked me to do something and I got an attitude and I eventually did it. She let me go home early because there were too many people and she told me bye. 2 weeks ago I was leaving and went in the back and she was doing something and started staring at me. I left without saying bye. Today was the first day I saw her in almost 3 weeks. She was talking to our other coworkers and said she’d been on vacation and at the gym and stuff. We were left alone in the stock room and we didn’t talk! It was awkward. Why would she stop talking to me? Im very shy. She recently got another job so I barely see her. She’s here part time. I’m not trying to say she likes me but I just want to lick all over her tattooed arms. What do I do without being too obvious? We had something going before. Her mom works there with us. She stops talking but still stares. What happened?

It sounds to me like she is just playing games. I have had incidents like this happen to me, and it always turned out they were just trying to get my attention so they could play childish head games. I'd ignore her and just do your job, as that is why you are there in the first place. it is possible she is bi-sexual, but it sounds more like she was trying to play games. You said her Mom works there, too... Asking her to keep the conversation private, tell her what happened and see what she says. You never know, maybe the girl said something to her at home.
