Did I break up with him saying all of this or did I state how I felt?

Recently a few nights ago I’ve noticed that my boyfriend was mad /distant with me until he told me it was because of to much pressure in work and because of other things. Until that same day I noticed he Blocked me on Instagram. I asked him calmly why he blocked me He just said someone else has access to his account and that he gave it to his friend etc. After he said that I said uhm okay whatever you say you know ( sus af ). The next day I’ve noticed he was still distant I didn’t say nothing about it , okay so then a day passes and he’a still distant.( Before I say the other part he basically knows what I went through in my last relationship. ) that same night I had the courage to tell him how I felt I wrote him a long ass paragraph all mad and that’s when I told him that I wasn’t gonna be his little game like I understand it’s work but why he all mad with me when I had nothing to do with it blah blah blah and that’s when I told him about the whole friend thing having his account. So I told him “ it’s so funny how your little friend just blocked me only when the dude doesn’t even know who tf I am. If you’re hiding someone else you can just tell me instead of making up some excuse that your friend has it , just don’t lie to my face and have the balls to tell me straight in my face instead of lying cause all of this is bs. Cause I’m not gonna be tolerating some st*pid bs excuse. I’m not gonna be a mfs little game , I won’t be begging you , I have self love , I’m a dime and a lot more to just be some dudes little toy cause that’s a no. I don’t feel like talking to you right now cause I don’t want to injure you when I’m pissed. Goodnight “ then he just said okay. And he hasn’t texted me for a whole day today. I don’t know if I broke up with him saying that or I don’t know lol. So please help me it will mean a lot
