What makes you cheat and what could women do to prevent it?

So, a lot of guys cheat. What makes a guy want to cheat and what can women do to not make you cheat?

1) It depends on the guy's attitude towards sex and relationships. Some guys will never cheat no matter what, others will cheat no matter what. In general a man with more liberal attitudes towards sex is more likely to cheat, whereas a more conservative man is not.

But you also have to watch out for guys (and for us guys, women) who pretend to be sexually conservative, knowing that this makes them seem more trust-worthy. A hell of a lot of people do this, so you have to look for other tells. For dudes I'm guessing for example a guy who is obsessed with his appearance, who listens to rap music, who smokes weed and drinks a lot etc.

2) The bigger dilemma for women is that you want an attractive guy, but the number of attractive guys is smaller than the number of attractive women. Or to put it another way, the number of guys you're interested in will be smaller than the number of women those guys will find attractive, at least enough to have sex with. If the guy is attractive he can get laid. Always remember that people act based on their options. An attractive guy will have higher standards than a less attractive guy because he can get other women if he wants to, unlike the less attractive guy who'll stay no matter what because he's afraid of being alone knowing that he can't.

One thing some women do is try to give the "nice guys" they're not really into a chance. It doesn't work. You'll be dis-satisfied. Even worse, a lot of them are those fake conservative guys I spoke about, the fake nice guys women complain about. Their principles are principles of convenience. It's easy to say you don't like people who sleep around when you can't get laid much even if you want to, isn't it? The moment these guys get a chance after some other woman shows interest? They'll go for it. They're "take whatever I can get" guys.

3) Let's say you get a man whose inclination is to not cheat, but somehow the relationship goes bad. First thing would obviously be sex. If there's a lack of sex in a relationship he'll begin to think about looking elsewhere. The only thing stopping him from doing so here is his conscience, but people who are sexually frustrated become bitter after a certain amount of time. That's why a healthy sex life is important.

Of course you're 17, maybe you're a virgin, and you shouldn't worry about this part just yet, but later on.

But also it could be that other things in the relationship are bad. If either one of you feel like you don't want sex, unless it's some kind of medical issue, it's because something's wrong in the relationship itself. In general the difference between men and women is that women want to be loved and men want to be respected. By respect I mean respect as a man.

The things men and women find most attractive in each other are all traditional ideas of masculinity and femininity, regardless of whether or not they're feminist, and you'd do best to ignore feminists. The most important thing to understand is masculine vs feminine polarity. As a woman you go on a date with a guy who splits the bill. You're in a dangerous situation, and he remains passive, doesn't even try to protect you. You're turned off right? You want him to take care of you, make you feel like a woman. A man wants you to make him feel like a man in the same way. Something as simple as cooking for him can go a long way.

In my case, I'm afraid you can't do anything to prevent it.
Other than not be in a relationship with me in the first place, that is.

It's not that I was "made to cheat" by anything in particular.
I will simply cheat whenever I have the opportunity to do so and feel like I have a good chance of getting away with it.

It doesn't matter how satisfactory my current relationship is. I cheat because I can.
If my partner finds out and they dump me, well then I will just date someone else, who cares.

Ok so I've done A Pol on here and according to that more women cheer than men if you trust the demographic (not sure I had the response) I've been cheated on a few times and if it's going to happen it's going to happen. You could do anything and everything to stop it but it's all down to either partners if they go astray they go astray.

The only thing you could do Is be with the 24/7 and I'm pretty sure they would leave you if you went that creapy.

It's all about trust at the end of the day and you need to trust your partner not to in the first place.

I don’t cheat. You have to learn to communicate and be nice don’t be mean to the husband give him some space. Have a very spicy sex life Change things up in the bedroom. Go out and do things on the weekends try to travel at least once a year for a vacation

But a person cheats is because the relationship they're in is a fake false it's a big lie they shouldn't even be in a relationship. And to be honest I don't think there's anything anybody can do to make somebody not cheat on you that's on them their choice when they make that choice it's basically because they are selfish it's all about them they think they're smart and they don't care if they hurt anybody

I have never cheated.
What women can do is be a good person that never does hook ups/ONS/friends with benefits and then only be with a guy if he also never did any hookups/ONS/friends with benefits either.
If you get with someone that was promiscuous you should expect to be cheated on or left eventually.
