I'm not sure who told you that but who ever it was, they can sit on a cactus. 🤣 No. If you need therapy, absolutely seek it. That's the smart thing to do.
No definitely not. Some people really need help because they may be going through something really difficult in their lives that they feel they can't handle on their own.
I don't think it is only for some type of people. Anyone can take the help of a doctor, psychiatrist, counsellor, therapist etc as long as they want to make themselves a better person and get rid of their psychological problems.
No. Something wrong with your body? You go to the doctor or hospital Something wrong with the mind? You visit therapy. Just a different 'doctor' in my eyes
Depending on what trauma you're counteracting... it's all case dependant. Some people have dealt with horror stories... some are just whiny spoiled shyts.

I privately get therapy and it’s helped me quite a bit. But very few people know about it. I sure as hell would never post about it on social media or tell someone I just met about it.
Also being a man I am held to a higher standard on all of this.
"Do you think counselling/therapy is for attention seekers or babies?" Generally yes. Is there a time and place sure but its not going to be common for most people.

Not at all. I believe it is a great way to train your mind to think in new ways, breaking the bad habits that caused you so much pain or misery.

Not at all... I've done it. As long as you take it seriously, it can be very beneficial!!
If you're not ready, it's probably worth waiting till you are.
I’ve been a couple times through my life for different things. It will only work if you like and trust the therapist.
Absolutely no. I think it's for people who genuinely wants help. No one deserves to get judged for going to therapy? That's weird.
No some people actually need it. When i was younger i absolutely needed it especially with how my childhood was.

For some, of course. And there are those who genuinely benefit from the experience.
No I don't. I think it's healthy and promotes healing
I think therapy can be helpful in many ways it’s not attention seeking or for babies. Therapy is good for your mental health.
its a very reasonable reason for therapy. i can see where you are coming from.

Knowing you need help is strength and therapists have probably heard worse.
Counselling is like any other treatment. If you think you need it, please consult a professional. There is no stigma in it.
honestly no- what might seem little to someone else might feel super heavy to you. Go to theraphy enjoy it
Quite the opposite. It’s for those bold enough to take responsibility and deal with hard stuff.
