I can't understand my girlfriend?

So recently me and my bsf started dating. We have been best friends for more than 5 years and there were times that we were really really close and times were we hadn't spoke for almost a month. Both of us didn't actually make it a problem. Two or three weeks ago i kinda confessed my feelings to her and she said she was feeling the same for years. For me deep inside i knew that i had feelings for her but never actually accepted it. I was kinda a playboy type back then. But this time its different. I really dont wanna mess things with her and make a healthy perfect relationship.
Here is the problem
She is offline way too much. Like we meet up, hangout once or twice in a week and i really enjoy these times. But when it comes to online its incredibly hard to chat with her. She is responding hours later when i text her. I mean she was also like that when we were friends and back then i didn't care about this that much. But since we started dating shouldn't she supposed to at least check her phone more often. I also dont wanna make it a big fuss over something like this since everything else is going pretty well. Also sometimes i feel like she is kinda cold to me even tho she acts exactly the same. IK this one is me being paranoid so i dont really care. But i really need some advices.

Cell phones and all of their text and video capabilities make it difficult for the needy. What would you have done in the days before all of these things? Would you have sat by the phone? Would you stalk her just to see, or be near her, or to talk with her? Dude... no shade here, but get a life. She has one and it doesn't revolve around you, and yours shouldn't revolve around her. Live your lives and hook up (I don't mean sex hook up) when you can. Trying to force something will only make it go south. Relax. If y'all are meant to be, it'll take its course. Online/offline... what's it to you? I'm sure she doesn't sit around and obsess with your status. Maybe she's busy, like you should be? Give yourself and her a break. Stop being so clingy and insecure. Two ways to definitely lose a relationship. Chill!!!

You are not half wrong. Maybe i am being too obsessed without noticing it. I never meant to be like that and i will be more careful. But i am not waiting her text 7/24 without doing anything. I meant while we are talking she just text me a message then go offline. I dont have a problem with her not checking her phone or living her life however she wants to. I just expect her to talk with me without doing something else while we are ALREADY CHATTING. But thanks for your comment even tho its kinda rude

Not all the time its just even while we are chatting she keep being offline and coming bacck after that. And i am kinda annoyed waiting her to text me. I know she has her own life and i also have my own life so we can't and shouldn't talk everytime. But at least while we were chatting can't she chat with me without going offline after every single message

She hasn’t really changed this is how she’s always been, and dating doesn’t automatically change someone’s texting habits.
You’re just more sensitive to it now because your feelings are deeper, not because she cares less.
Focus on how she treats you in person, and if it still bothers you, bring it up calmly without making it a big issue.
