My boyfriend and are in a long distance relationship, and my currency ($) to his (php) have quite a difference. I understood when he told he couldn’t get me anything because I wanted him to save his money anyway. That was until i found out he got one of his girl friends something and when confronted about he said it was because she was lonely. I’m devastated.

I think what he did was wrong because he put another girl over his own girlfriend. But, giving a gift or not isn’t a big deal in itself, it’s the fact that he neglected to give you one while he gave someone else one.
