What are some signs he's losing feelings for you in a ldr?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 8 months, seeing each other every two months. Recently, he's not enthusiastic when we talk, there are less video calls and he's not jealous of me anymore. We've talked about it and he doesn't want to break up or anything. Is he comfortable now or losing interest even though he doesn't admit that? How do I know the difference?

He doesn't admit that. He says he cares and all that, but he isn't the same anymore.

Is it possible that he met someone else?
Usually when one partner in a long distance relationship starts pulling away it's because they're interested in someone else. Has he mentioned any new friends or a female co-worker who's really great?

In the beginning, that's what I also thought, asked him and obviously he said no.

We're still in contact 24/7 though, just he doesn't flirt with me anymore,"miss you's are almost inexistent, not jealous at all (before if I didn't reply to him for more than an hour, he'd get paranoid, and double text me).

I've also noticed that this month he has been online a lot more than before, and until very late. He sent me a screenshot once, and he was talking to his friend who lives in U. S.

Well the jealous paranoia thing doesn't sound healthy, it's good if he doesn't do that now. I'm not sure why he would've lost his love for you though. If the roles were reversed and it was me texting a woman and she became cold towards me, I would think she was mad about something, she was seeing someone else, she was gonna dump me, or she's just with me because she doesn't want to be alone.
Did anything happen, like a fight between you two that would've caused him to pull away?
Is he possibly playing a mind game to get more attention from you?

We did have one or two fights a month ago or smthg, but it wasn't nothing way too big. We used to have worse fights than that and make up in the morning. But yeah, at first he admitted he was a bit distant because of those fights and I called things off with him. After 3 days he texted me and we got back together after talking things out.

No, he's not one of those who play games.

No, it's a male friend who's coming to his town after a week or so.

When I used to have arguments with my ex I would win the argument and then she would get mad.
After a while we would make up and I would think everything was back to how it was.
However, every little fight that I won would build inside her and she would love me a little less each time. Eventually we had so much animosity towards each other that we were drifting apart.
It was never the same again as the love we had early on when I used to never disagree with her and just kiss her ass all the time.
My big takeaway was that you never really win a fight in a relationship. Even if you're right and you prove the other person wrong they still hang on to resentment and may get you back in other ways.

Yeah, that's what I try to do when arguing with him. Sometimes I bite my tongue and let him win the argument cause I'm afraid to lose what we have.

90% of the things we argued about could've been just let go. I didn't have to engage with her.
It didn't have to turn into a situation where we were saying hurtful things to each other.
