Because: 1) she doesn't want your friend thinking you like her, or vice versa, 2) she isn't interested in being friends/following you, 3) maybe you using those emojis when mentioning her sends a VERY flirtatious/misleading vibe.

In other words, she is not interested in following you, so stop trying. Because she might wind up telling her fiancé, which will only cause drama between the two of you, even if it is over something as simple (and stupid) as following someone on social media.

Now if you had a legit reason to be in touch with her then you would just call her on the phone or text her but you don't. I bet you don't even have her number.

You're in a pickle now cause you have no good moves.. saying anything to her in person or to her man could look like an excuse or make things worse. Best thing is to stop bothering her and hopefully she pretends it never happened.

Then it's strange you didn't just DM her: "Why r you ignoring me on Insta, byotch?" Could be she has decided her fiance's opinion is more important than yours tho. so most of what I wrote above still applies. I would stop DMing her if I'm in your shoes. Unless it's emergency /unavoidable important stuff.
