Haven't heard from my boyfriend in 2 weeks. What should I do?

My boyfriend is in college and in a fraternity. I haven't heard from him for the past 2 weeks. Oddly enough neither has ANY if his family. My cousin who calls to his university said that the frat my boyfriend is in closed their doors completely to nonmembers which ig is uncommon for them because they're constantly bringing people over there. My boyfriend won't answer his phone and finally I called one of his frat brothers and we facetimed. They said he is just going through something really hard right now. His other frat brothers got in the call. They said they can't tell us what's going on with him because he doesn't want anyone to know or to talk about it but just know he's fine and safe and to tell his family he's okay... This all has me so worried.

Possibilities:
1. You're not married & he decided to cut off 100% contact. That means he basically dumped you without having the balls to tell you OR he takes you for granted to the point where he thinks you don't matter at all. This won't be a one time thing. Imagine if you stay with him and he randomly does this before major holidays? On your birthday? When your best friend dies... he just happens to vanish for a month. You can do better. Move on.
2b. He did something horrible to someone & is trying to vanish so they can't hold him accountable. Staying with him is like getting with a hardcore convicted criminal. Nothing good will come from it. He'll get into these situations again.
3. His frat brothers are lying & something really bad happened to him. All you can do is get his family to investigate. Or file a report with the cops but don't expect the cops to do anything.
3b. His family is lying to you also.. . they pretend not to know what's happening but they do. In this case maybe he got some woman pregnant or is accused of rape & he has a REAL GOOD reason not to tell you. You should've dumped him long ago in this case.

In all of these cases you should move on with your life. Sorry

I know his family isn't lying because his mom is freaking out too. He talks to his mom everyday. Last person he spoke to was his brother and his brother said he seemed off. Like something was clearly wrong but he didn't want to talk about it. He said he sounded like someone on the verge to suicide but if he killed himself I'm sure his frat friends would have told me.

And I'm not just going to move on without knowing what's going on with him. Him not talking to his family is super weird.
