MY LDR GIRLFRIEND IS IGNORING ME , SHALL I BREAK UP WITH HER OR GIVE HER A SECOND CHANCE?

so am in a LDR , and my girlfriend lately started to become less and less available, our conversations are getting boring, i was the one always initiating the convo, she was hot and cold in general all the red flag signs. So a Few days ago i had enough so i texted her that this is getting nowhere and explained to her what really frustrates me. Also i told her that i am considering breaking up with her if things will stay the same. As soon as she read my message she freaked out and acted kinda shocked. she even asked me if i still love her.. and she right away apologized for making me feel bad. after that she followed with a long text telling me that she is sorry and that she feels awful, then she continued that she loves me and really miss me etc etc... i completely ignored her message because i was really mad and emotional. For the next days she kept texting me again, and again. like "hey..." "i hope you are having a nice day" "i miss you, i really miss you" ... but i didn't answer her. then i finally i had to call her to clear things out and see what went wrong. when she answered she right away start telling me am right for what i said.. and that what she did was wrong. After a long conversation , in the end i forgave her and gave her a second chance but i told her that if she will not change i will be gone. the weird thing after our call was over she sent me a sexy picture of her on bed and said she wants me.. i was really confused but i fell for it and we ended up having phone sex. so was giving her a second chance a sign of weakness? whats the reason she was so apologetic and suddenly realised that she miss me? maybe she is trying to keep me around as her second option? am confused.
