You know... I used to have a friend back home named Jason. He was 5'9", a ginger dude with a scruffy orange-red beard, was chubby/portly, and literally worked as an HVAC worker. He was my age at the time, 28, and already owned a (nice) house. He was as blue collar and "working class" as you can get.

After meeting up at a social event one evening, he eventually ended up marrying a 5'8" redheaded Greek model with huge breasts and a curvy figure named Ana, someone who I also knew. And a few years later in present day, they have a 6-year old daughter. No offense to him, but he was pretty dumb, but also generally a happy-go-lucky and positive person.

I never understood what any woman could possibly see in him outside of personality, as he was short, chubby, and not-at-all attractive looking. I mean, he was/is a good man, but generally women don't care about that (where I'm from).

Usually, back home in the US, the only men I ever saw with wives or girlfriends were taller working-class men (6' and up), or successful short men (under 6', but earning over $70K). Rarely any exceptions, if any. But women on GAG like to claim otherwise. They say they like the short, working class male with the dad bod who's only 5'8" to 5'11".

So I want to really see... Which type of man really is the most popular?

(And yes, I know these aren't their real heights on the poll. They're not actually Clark Kent or Bruce Wayne being described here though.)

THE 'AVERAGE' JOE SMITH TYPE: 5'10", overweight with dad bod, handyman, delivery man, or postal worker, moderate Christian, beer drinker and fast food eater, optimistic upbeat attitude.

THE CLARK KENT TYPE: 6'1", rugged toned body, blue collar labor job like a farmer or construction worker, extremely religious and conservative, hunter, expert cook, simple-minded.

THE BRUCE WAYNE TYPE: 6'4", completely muscular/jacked, highly successful millionaire, atheist and liberal, obsessed with the gym and working out, highly intelligent, perfectionist.

If we are big honest most women want a hot, handsome tall rich guy who will make them a rich house wife!, but that's not what i want, i wanted that at 16 but at 21 going on 22,

I want a genuine Christian man because if he's a Christian he will have all the qualities I want and more in terms of how he is as a person and the beliefs and values he holds. Then in terms of finances, I will be with him even if he makes less than I do, I don't care what kind of job he has as long as he is a hardworking man who has a proper job can take care of himself.

I am not into luxury, i am a frugal minimalist, i can derive great pleasure in simplicities like a nice walk in a forest, picking flowers in a field to make a nice center piece or a gift, long road trips stuff like that.

In terms of looks I like men who are either my height or taller than I am and I'm literally about 5.3, body wise, I would like a man who eats right and exercises because that's a part of taking care of yourself. Also if he eats right and exercises he will not be obese. in terms of facial features I am not picky at all, if i love you i will find you to be the most handsome man i have ever seen and that's the truth.

B has a lot of qualities I like but his simple minded So i don't know how that will work out because I am an intellect I like discussing and debating about science, history, technology, music, art etc..., plus I have a lot of fun facts to tell so... We'll probably end up clashing there, If he were smart he would be just right for me.

I was just giving feedback on option B, saying that I would prefer him to be smart, the questions you gave are hypothetical so i was also putting myself in that situation hypothetically i already listed the kind of man i want realistically on the first comment i sent. clearly the kind of man i want realistically is an average joe who is smart and Christian but not a moderate Christian a full on Christian. Most full on Christians I have met are super smart, and I have had great interesting conversations with them. Sometimes I feel like society likes making it seem like your religion is what determines your level of intellect which is completely false, your level of intelligence is definitely not impacted by your religion/religious beliefs.

I appreciate the response, but wish users would just answer the question sticking to the three choices, instead of trying to create some extremely contradictory perfect man from cherrypicked traits.

"Wealthy, but a family man. Super-successful, but kind. Nerdy, but super jacked. Confident, but humble. Intelligent and logic but super-religious and scientific. Working all the time at a business, but in perfect immaculate shape. Doesn't have to be 'tall,' but also has to be eight inches taller than me. I voted for A but also a combination of B. As I stated before in a previous question, I don't mind dad bods honestly I prefer them. He's 5'10 so clearly he's taller than me (I'm 5'1). I prefer cooking so he'll never miss a meal, and they'll be a hot meal waiting for him when he gets home after a long day of work. As long as he's kind, gentle, sweet, can make me laugh, be my support/my rock during tough times, loving, generous, and he wants a family as much as I do (being a mom is my dream) I'll be blessed to have him.

That defeats the point of the post, which is why I didn't put a "Perfect Man" option D that every woman would vote for.

I know that most women have their idea of what a perfect man is, but I'm not asking people to state their perfect, flawless super-man, even though that's what many have stated on here. I'm saying out of the three options, which one is BEST, not which one is PERFECT.

It's not just you, others on here have done the same; cherrypick this and that to create a literal perfect man who likely doesn't exist, or wouldn't be someone the woman describing him, would be good enough to deserve (they themselves also not being perfect). I appreciate people answering the question, but these responses of pointless. Yeah, no sh*t if women could create their perfect man with no flaws in a lab, they'd do so. I'm not looking for that, though. But that's how everyone keeps answering.

You know the saddest thing here is I actually believe you to be a decent man with many great qualities which I am attracted to but you are hung up on trying to force women into selecting false perfection There is no pperfection example of this is As I said you have many qualities that make you a good catch and at the same time you do have certain traits that make you rough such as how easily you become upset if we do not entirely agree with you.

Ehhhh there's qualities I like in all 3. If you take away all the hyperfocused nonsense on appearance. Give me a wealthy nerdy family man. As long as a guy isn't more than 50 pounds overweight and has good hygiene, ill take him.
