Why is my ex boyfriend trying to sell my work, steal from my ideas?

I broke up with him because he cheated. The story doesn't end there. I just found out recently from 2 friends that somehow he accessed a couple unfinished stories I had saved on my laptop and advanced with my rough draft design for our future business (before he cheated... when I really thought it was for our future together) on a 2nd FB account.

He was trying to pass it all as his own work. He never did anything, not even the design, introduction, planning, mission... absolutely NOTHING.

He attempted to have the stories published by the ending of the year and is now with his 2nd FB business account with all my ideas, presenting it as his own. Isn't cheating bad enough already? Why is he trying to steal my works, selling my ideas?

He wanted to be successful but he was never the brains in the relationship. I was the one behind the creation, its design, its process, etc. If he wouldn't have cheated, I would've included him on it and it would've been 50/50. He cheated and now he wants to claim it all as his.
